Super stubborn clogged duct ‼️
Any little known tips to help with a clogged duct??
It’s been hurting me for more than 3 hours and so far, nursing, hand expressing, warm compress, warm bath...all not solving this issue! Helping some, but its still really hurting me!!
She is 18 months and really only nursing at night for comfort so she is not interesting in continuing to nurse to help momma out!
