So last week at my first OB appointment I forgot the pregnancy statement from my women’s center. For those wondering this is what it looks like

I was just wondering who else has an OB/gyn that tells you that you have to get this before you even see anyone at the office. I showed up for the appointment may I add that the doctor at the women’s center helped me set up, I forgot this paper due to me and my son waking up late, having to feed him get him dressed and wake his daddy up. It was time to leave and I was trying to make sure I had everything for my son to stay with his grandma for a little bit. I arrived at the OB and the lady at the desk talking my temperature and asking all the questions asked for the paper I apologized and said I only had a picture and that it’d take 45 minutes to go home and come back. And she got all pissed off at me because I didn’t have it. If it wasn’t for one of the ladies behind the desk recognizing me, this lady would’ve kept going on and telling me there’s no way I could’ve been seen by anyone and I’d have to make a new appointment.
