Nap Struggles.. Still 😓

How long do you try for a nap before you give in? 😕

My guy has never been a good napper (usually 2 naps, one 60-70min and one 35min), but this week has just been terrible with most days him only having one nap and half the time that's been on me (haven't had to do that since he was like 4 months, but he neeeeded to get at least SOME sleep!)

Yesterday he napped 9-10a and then refused an afternoon nap (even on me) so he was up til 6 (usual bedtime is 7 but we went an hour early).

He full on screams when put down in his crib. I check in every 10 minutes with a pat on the back and tell him it's sleepy time. I try this three times (so 40 minutes) before giving up and either trying to see if he'll nap on me or just getting him up and going downstairs.

I'm at such a loss 😓 Here he is currently fighting nap 2.

*He also gets less than 11 hours night sleep with 1 or 2 wakings, and is up at 5:30am every day 🙃
