Positive OPK?

This is my first month <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a>! After my csection in August I was told I had a unicornuate uterus and an HSG confirmed it. I have both ovaries and Fallopian tubes however my right side is non-communicating. Now I’m just trying to understand my body/cycle as we start trying to conceive baby #2!
