So I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. I have been spotting pink on and off from 4.5-6.5 weeks pregnant. Turns out I have BV. so I’m taking medicine for that. Today my back hurts and I’m cramping. Which hasn’t been the case this entire time. I did see the heartbeat at 6 weeks pregnant. But I went to the bathroom and now I have brown discharge. Accompanied with back aches and cramping and now I’m scared. I do go back to see the doctor for 2 more weeks. How do I know everything is ok?
