My sweet baby was born Thursday morning, 57 minutes after I was dropped off at the front door of the hospital.

My husband almost didn’t make it for the birth as they wouldn’t let him up to triage because of their covid restrictions.

I had planned on getting an epidural but there was no time. Still processing everything. The pain of going through active labor, transition and birth in under 3 hours total was intense to say the least.

We are recovering and settling in at home and falling in love with the newest addition to our family ❤️
