Did you scale back?
Did anyone scale back on exercise during pregnancy? I didn't workout alot with my first pregnancy, mostly low impact walks. Now I am 11 weeks and have been super active the last 2 years. I worked out 6 days a week (3-4 days cycling with 2-3 strength) and really only 1 rest day. I scaled back initially due to morning sickness but have started back up due to it actually helping my MS. So I am back up to 5-6x a week. My cycling is pretty vigorous but I can tell by my output I have definitely decreased intensity.
