What the hell is happening to me??

So I have PCOS..but I have been ovulating around CD 20/21 for the last 3 months. This month now I'm at CD 23 and no ovulation in sight. No temp spike and no LH surge. I'm losing hope fast and nothing is making sense. Anyone else feel the same way? Do you think I missed the LH surge on CD 20? 💔😔
