My boyfriend is 17 and I just turned 18. He has made plans for us to vacay in Hawaii next February. I told my mom ahead of time and she said I'm not allowed to go. I asked why and she said because we would do things unsupervised. I was just thinking to myself oh honey we've already done everything you could think of. I told her I'm an adult now and she can't keep restricting me like im still a young teen or something but she said she didn't wanna hear it. So I'm gonna work on moving out because there's no way I'm gonna keep getting controlled like this 😑
