Why do I bleed if I haven’t had sex in awhile ?

I’m 21 and When I go awhile without having sex the next time I do I’ll bleed ?? It’s getting really frustrating that this keeps happening just wondering does anyone know ways of preventing it is this normal ?? It puts me off wanting to do it

The only thing I can think of is that you’re not wet enough. Use lube if you need to! Last year I kept bleeding whenever I had sex & it was because I had a small tear & I had to refrain from sex for a few weeks.

Could be the friction, cervix irritation. 
Make sure you're wet enough,or use lube,anything to assist the friction.i don't bleed,but it does hurt if we've gone awhile without doing it
