Intense workout first trimester? Freaking out
I just found out that I’m 4 weeks 5 days pregnant. However, I was at a workout class doing some pretty high intensity workouts and sweated my butt off. Now I’m reading that it’s bad for first trimester because of neural tube defects? I also read it’s unlikely to raise your body temp high enough to cause damage but I’m just super paranoid now.
Has this happened to anyone else?
