How far along am I? Who to trust

So based on my ultrasound at my obgyn at right before 12 weeks. I thought I was 15 weeks, I went to fetal photos and did a fun ultrasound and the ultrasound tech did a measurmdnt and it said I was 14 weeks! Like a day off I get but a whole week! Also now I’m freaking out that my baby isn’t growing properly or something ugh. I have another ob appointment in the morning but we won’t have an ultrasound but I’m gonna ask my dr.
