Prenatal Yoga (whining)
Is it me or is prenatal yoga so boring? So many women swear by it and can’t live without it but I’m just like “how much listening to my breathing do I have to do?” 🤣. I’m a hip hop dancer and love weights before the pregnancy. yoga just doesn’t move fast enough for me. I like to sweat when I workout and yoga just leaves me feeling like “what just happened?” 🤷🏽♀️. I know it’s great for me and the baby so I keep trying it but it’s not getting any better for me
