Has anyone had to use a pregnancy belt? Does it help with back pain? If so which ones do y’all prefer? And how was your experience?

I tried one with my last pregnancy and it instantly caused me so much more pain then I was already in. Someone recommended K Tape and it was amazing for me. Supported my belly and lifted my son up off my sciatic so I was able to walk and move without assistance.

I got one! It’s the neotech care maternity belt. I got it off of amazon. I’m on my feet all day and this seems to really help with my back pain and helps me not be so tired at the end of the day. Def worth it!
