My back is sore and sometimes feels like my spine is cracking

11 years & 3 kids later, it still hurts lol. It flares up bad during hormonal changes like ovulation and my period

It stayed that way for a few weeks then went totally back to normal.

I didn’t even notice the pain afterwards because I was so focused on everything else. Although I was a little for a day or two

I had with all my kids. 
The last time they injected me three times because my body was rejecting it. I needed it just in case I had to do emergency C-section. My back isn’t the same at all. It’s horrible

18 months later and I still get pretty bad back pain 🙃
