Breastfeeding advice please! Pumping while babies in NICU.

Any advice and helpful tips will be good. I’m barely even pumping any colostrum. I got like 1.5 milligrams in two pump sessions. Not even a pumping session. I’ve started doing hand express I think it’s what it’s called. When does the breast milk come in? When will supply increase?
