Anyone else experience it?

I've had a few long days with long walks and yesterday they were quite swollen, lifted up and slept and morning they were good. Today went to the beach as it was 38c here (humid week) and tonight they are swollen again

I will deffinitely be talking to my doctor about it next apt. But isnt until july 30th over the phone.

Would love some insight on what else I can do besides elevate above my heart. I have a toddler and this isnt feasable until hes in bed at 7
