Did you take other vitamin or supplements while pregnant with twins?

Just found out I’m having twins! Currently just taking 1 prenatal daily is there other vitamins or supplements you have taken to help? I was thinking about getting a DHA additional supplement on top of what is my prenatal.

I was never told to take an extra of anything besides my one a day prenatal. I’m currently 30 weeks. I think it all depends if your body is lacking something. I would 100% ask your dr before starting to take anything extra.

Baby aspirin starting around 15 weeks

Are you taking vitamin D? My doctor told me to start taking that at my very first appt, & at 16 weeks started taking baby aspirin everyday!

I am taking prenatal, DHA because my prenatal does not have DHA in it, extra Folic acid, baby Tylenol because my first pregnancy I had preeclampsia and iron pills every other day!

I had to take an extra iron supplement three times a day.
