Cosleeper roomset up?

Question

I am having a hard time prepping for baby. Can someone send ideas on how to set up room with a cosleeper/bassinet or crib in shared master room? I can’t organize to save my life and we don’t have any closet space to place clothes or any items. Please help

Were currently in a 2 bedroom place (but moving next week) anyway, i had things set up like this.
-Bassinet beside the bed
-Change pad on top of his dresser, diapers, wipes, burp cloths etc in the top drawer
-onesies and pants in the next drawer
-linnens in the next
-3-9m clothes in the last
I currently don't have any closet for him at all so I hung a curtain rod and put sleepers there because I prefer to hang those

With my first son I found it most convenient to put the bassinet right next to the bed where I slept, a little diagonal so I had enough space to stand up between my bed and the bassinet. It was easier for me because I was up on and off all night with my son the first couple months. I didn't have much space at all to work with. I had a dresser right behind the bassinet and had all my NB & 0-3 month clothes in two drawers, diapers and wipes under the bassinet, baby meds and daily necessities on top of the dresser so everything was relatively in reach. I reorganized once I got in the flow of things better and was healed a bit but this set up made it easier on me to not have to get up a thousand times searching for what I needed on hand.
