Chicken thighs are sooo yummy and sooo easy. 
Preheat oven to 400F. 
Get a baking pan and put parchment paper on it. 
Wash your chicken thighs (however many you want) and put them in a bowl. 
In a separate bowl mix a tbsp of brown sugar, two of minced garlic and cover that in soy sauce. Mix it all up.  (Increase amount for more chicken)
Pour over your chicken thighs and mix it up so everything’s covered. (You can let it marinade for like a day if you want but 5 mins will do just fine too)
Put chicken thighs on parchment paper. 
Pour marinade from bowl (it’ll fall off) back on top of the chicken thighs. 
Put it in the over for around 50mins
You can do with with pork loin too (40mins and broil pork loin for 3 mins when done). 
Serve with whatever side you want but seriously prep takes like 5 mins max! And it’s soooo good!

Instead of making instant noodles which have so much sodium and preservatives, I make my own healthier version in about 15 minutes. I make my own chicken bone broth (or buy chicken broth from the grocery store), and boil wontons in another pot. Cut up some bok Choy or veggies you like in your soup and put it in the soup. Drain the wontons. Add spiralized zucchini to the soup or cooked rice noodles. Add the wontons to the soup and some sesame oil, maybe hot sauce too.
