Clogged duct or something else?????

So I have a hard knot in my left boob which my doctor thought was an abscess because of the pain, redness, and yellow drainage. Another doctor said it was a clogged duct and told me to pump out the milk. I've tried everything possible to get this clot out. Hot water, compresses, Epsom salt, the haakka, massaging. I need help yall. What is something else I can do?

If you have a vibrator, use that! Seriously, I had one and it cleared soo quickly from the vibration.

I got mine out with my la vie massager and hot washcloths and dangle pumping, which is where you set the pump as high as you can stand, use a pumping bra, and then rest your head on a table and let the pumps dangle so gravity is pulling it downward

Same thing with mine. Had it for 2 weeks and hurts to even lift my arm. They sent me a referral to get an ultrasound....they basically blast it with heat/massage.

Literally having the same issue! My doctor told me if it doesn’t drain in a few days then they are sending me a referral to get an ultra sound. Mine doesn’t hurt but it’s a little smaller than a golf ball!! It got big fast 😞
