Mama meal plans
Okay so I’m getting really sick of my flabby belly and I have GOT to make a change! I told myself I was going to start working out when June baby turned 1 (I was scared to lose my supply while breastfeeding). Well, that didn’t happen 😅 I’m only 7lbs away from prepregnancy weight, but I’d like to lose around 15lbs total. Really I’d just like to tone my belly and gain some muscle back in my legs and booty!
I know if I try to go head first, all in, I will fail. So I’m going to start with baby steps! First, diet! What are your healthy go to’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack? I want ideas for all, the easier/simpler the better! I’m still breastfeeding so I’m not trying to cut calories really. I’m a carb and wine lover so this will be fun 🥴
