Abnormal vaginal bleeding or period coming in a week earlier (please see description)

Some info:

SO and I had rough foreplay, but I was conpletely wet from it as well

SO went in with two fingers and I kind of felt a sting around the back end of my vagina.

Later on the day, saw my underwear was drenched with blood and got scared. I never saw it bleed out like that so much (I've had experiences like this before since my SO is a bigger size than I can mostly handle, but I never got so many blood)

Next day, I go to pee for the morning

Blood gushes out like a faucet was just turned on 😩

It didnt hurt, but I'm worried if it's abnormal bleeding

Not sure if stopping pills would cause my period to arrive a week earlier than expected as well

Im feeling stressed about the situation so I dont know if thats also making it worst

More bg info:

Stopped taking my pills last week since I had some trouble breathing (it wasn't anything serious, just scared if pills were causing PE)

My pills were combination pills (Isibloom)
