BBT validation question
I was awakened suddenly with my husband’s snoring lol I thought it was my dog injured or something and jumped awake about an hour earlier. I figured I’d take my temp then and also when I fell back asleep and woke up an hour later.
Would you discount it all together or mark the earlier reading, or later one instead, or have an adjustment to reflect the earlier time?
