4 month sleep regression

Anyone else’s baby going through the dreaded regression? Mine just started this week and I’m already exhausted! Up Every. Single. Hour! And I have a pretty happy baby, but she has started screaming and crying every time I try to put her in her bassinet! 😫 I’m using @takingcarababies Navigating 3-4 Month Sleep methods and will try to remain consistent, but if anyone has other advise I’m open to it! She’s EBF, refuses taking a bottle, has reflux and has NEVER slept through the night. Mostly up 1.5 to 2 hours and sometimes with one stretch of 3 hours early on. So while I haven’t had sleep for 4 months, I am now on zero sleep since I have to hold her upright for 20-30 mins after feedings!
