38 weeks no symptoms? Coming soon?

I’m 38 weeks and the only symptoms I have is swelling and tiredness. Did anyone have the same thing then all of a sudden got hit with the contractions? Did you end up giving birth early or late?

With my first i had absolutely no symptoms until the day before which was just waking up to painful braxton hicks then they stopped by the afternoon and that night i had regular contractions and gave birth 6hrs later. With my second I had no symptoms until two days before and same situation... irregular braxton hicks and the next day even stronger and then turned into real contractions. And both times lost my mucus plug the morning of.

Same boat. Then all of a sudden I had consistent contractions for 4 hours and then they disappeared. I was so disappointed 😭 feeling like Ill make it to my due date at this point.
