Itchy red bumps appearing all over body??

20 weeks pregnant and I keep getting these patches of itchy red blister-like bumps all over different areas of my body. This has been going on for about a week and I've been holding off calling my doctor because I see her on Monday but I can't take the Itchiness anymore!!! Please help me find out what it could be??? Heres a pic of it on my elbow. Its on my legs, ankle, fingers, everywhere.
