Help? Irregular cycles and kinda ???

So I have a 45 day cycle, my last period was june 23rd. I thought I was ovulating on July 14th I was in sex drive, watery cm cervix was high and little cramping. But for the last three days I have been having dull strong cramps yesterday was very intense cramping with lower back pain, bloating. I am just confused. Did I not ovulate on the 14th and ovulated yesterday? But why would I cramp for three days? or possibly pregnant? I know these questions are dumb but I am usually in-tune with my body but this time its just confusing lol

I just wanted some thoughts and maybe someone has been in the same situation.💕💕
