When did you start setting up the nursery?

I’m 11 weeks along, and while I’ve been acquiring small Knick knacks I haven’t been working on my nursery, yet, and I was curious when most people start. When did you start?
I have to clear out an entire room (my office) and move my bedroom into it, so that our bedroom can become the nursery, so it’s going to take some work. 😅 have to rehome a ton of plants

Started when I found out the gender so around 20 weeks.

It’s whenever you want to do it. I found a STEAL on offer up for a crib and armoire set at 6 weeks pregnant lol and I’m just about done with the nursery at 18 weeks. But on the flip side, if the baby is sleeping in your room for the first 4-6 months or how ever long they really don’t even need their nursery right away! So do it whenever you get a chance or a hankering to start

I don’t start buying until after the 12-13 week scan but that’s just personal preference!

I set up alot around the 12 week mark BUT thats because I knke myself and knew Id be too tired or too lazy to do it later on.
There is no shame in doing it early, its all just preference at that point  :)

Hmmm...well my son is now 3.5 and I still haven't painted the nursery as I had intended 😂 I also had to take all toys and such out of his room because he would rather play in the dark than sleep at night or nap time, sooooo yeah it's not very "set up" in there. We have baby 2 due in a month or so and they will be in our room for at least 6 months so I havent considered changing the room at all yet to accomodate bub 2. I set up the bassinet/pack and play and have all clothes organized in our room as of 32 weeks, so all ready for baby, but definitely no formal nursery changes.

Maybe about 28/30 weeks I started getting stuff more together but I was pretty last minute with my first.

I was due at the end of January and I didn't get her bedroom set delivered until after Christmas. I started setting up then and had help from my brother and some of our close friends. I didn't even start buying anything until after I had my baby shower at 30 weeks
