The CB digital says to use FMU
But most opk strips say to use 2nd pee of day without drinking so much fluids.

Most women don’t produce LH while they sleep so it’s better to wait until afternoon or later in the morning to test. LH will then build up in your system giving you more accurate results. FMU is for taking hcg pregnancy tests.

I read best not the first and not to much liquids before testing. I took one in morning it was light and around noon i took another and it was darker.
