This is my cycle for August. My hubby and I plan to bd every other day. It's too draining when it's daily. When is the day on my cycle to endure to bd?

If you don't test with opk and BBT, then you have to keep in mind, that app is an average, and you might not be average person.
But by app I would do the 4-5-6 every day, and else ovear a day. Or if possible, the green row every day...
You can rely on app more if you have regular cycles. If they are irregular, I would just have sex every other day for a few months and then go and find opks maybe...
