Is the doctor wrong?

I got a positive pregnancy test 10DPO so I went into my ob. They said their urine test was negative. They did an ultrasound and saw nothing. Is it possible that it was too early to see a baby at 14dpo? Should I keep testing or wait until next cycle?

I’m still have symptoms so I am doubting the doctor. I feel super crazy!

They did not even suggest a blood test. They acted like they were certain I was not pregnant and said I had a chemical.
