Any tips?

My 4 1/2 month old is showing signs of rolling over soon, so we want to move her from the transitional swaddle she is in (that has her arms out to the side but still partially constricted) to a sleep sack that leaves her arms completely free. Only problem is since her hands aren’t covered she keeps grabbing her pacifier, pulling it out of her mouth, and either having difficulties putting it back in or dropping it, both of which result in her getting cranky because she doesnt have the pacifier in her mouth to suck on to soothe herself to sleep. Any tips or suggestions on ways we could occupy her hands or something? I’m thinking maybe putting mittens on her hands for sleep; or is it something we just have to ride out until she figures it out herself? Thanks in advance!
