Moms who cosleep?

Question

I am very curious in how other mothers cosleep with their little ones? absolutely no judgement here. We all parent differently so pls no rude comments if you disagree with cosleeping. My baby will sleep on my chest after her first feeding of the night (breastfeed) Or if i feel overly tired i will put her back in her bed. But I am curious with how other mothers cosleep with their little ones?

Heck my son is almost 7 and still sleeps with me! He won’t want to forever so I’m enjoying it!

My daughter sleeps next to me in bed. She’s 13months and has slept with me since she was about 3 days old. I’m too paranoid to have her sleep in her bed because of sids(I know the risk of her sleeping with me)  we sleep great and she has plenty of room, she also won’t sleep unless she’s with me.

I slept w my son since he was six months old. He’s 3.5. Gonna have to kick him out when his sister gets here. Will prob sleep w her too!

I only started cosleeping when my daughter was 7m. I put her above me so my head was at her waist. That way I had no way of rolling on her or getting a blanket in her face. If you want to get a baby nest I would suggest a cubbycove because there breathable. Or you can always get a bassinet/toddler crib and do that.

We will cosleep on vacation or if dad is out of town. But never if I’ve taken any medication or had even a sip to drink. I’m naturally a very light sleeper so only feel comfortable if I’m in my usual state of mind :)

He slept on my chest for the first 6 weeks. Nows he's 8 weeks and the last 2 he's been sleeping beside me.

I think since a month old my daughter slept next to me on the edge of the bed for safety with blankets and now she’s nearly two she’s been sleeping in the middle maybe since 7-8 months and she’s fine she uncovers and covers herself as she pleases we also have a king bed so it’s plenty big she has a lot of middle room it’s really whatever I have a hard time believing a parent would just pass the fuck out and suffocate their child like come on , ever since she sleeps with me my brain on it’s own is always careful cause I know she’s next to me like I don’t Know how to explain it but even in my sleep I am careful turning and covering naturally 🤷🏻‍♀️

My baby has slept next to me since she was like 4 weeks old. I tried a bassinet and the co sleeper that attaches to your bed. But she wouldn’t stay asleep. So I had her next to me on a flat pillow I didn’t use a blanket lol I am a super light sleeper too.

We had her in the bassinet attachment of her pack n play next to our bed for a few weeks after we brought her home. Then we realized we needed sleep. I exclusively breastfed and felt comfortable with bedsharing, so we bought a firm mattress and husband and I used separate blankets. I would sleep with one arm stretched out to make a barrier around her so I would feel if someone rolled over or one of the cats jumped up on the bed near us. Slept better knowing that if anything happened to her I would be right there. She’s almost 2 and is currently sleeping snuggling me while her sister kicks in the womb.

I always put my babies on the u pillow , right next to me . But I’m an extremely light sleeper so I wake up for every little movement lol
