Just after a bit of advice

I’m 7 weeks tomorrow been for bloods and HCG is progressing well. On Saturday I was on the toilet when I looked in the toilet I seen a couple drops of blood at the bottom obviously I panicked thinking it’s for sure a m/c anyway wiped and there was some on my toilet paper not a crazy big amount but enough for me to shit myself. This only lasted for 10 minutes tops then went back to normal discharge with brown mixed in

I have drs app tomorrow for my dating scan referral but wanted to know stories of girls that have spotted in early pregnancy
