How did you protocol for FET look like?

I am doing a FET next cycle, because having OHSS after retrieval. I would like to ask those who already did FETs how their protocol looked like.

Mine was pretty simple. Day 1 of period I called, then I went to the clinic on Day 3 for ultrasound and blood work. I was given a prescription for Estrace and told to take it by mouth 3 times a day. Then I went back once more for an ultrasound I can’t remember what day maybe day 10. Then they prescribed progesterone to be taken vaginally 3 times a day. Continue taken the Estrace but only 2 times a day. Then they scheduled the transfer. After the transfer continue Estrace and progesterone. Now the hard part is the two week wait!

I did 2-3 weeks of birth control (it was supposed to be anyway, but Covid turned that into more like 2-3 months of birth control 😭). Before stopping BCP, we did a baseline u/s and I took my last BCP that day. I started Estrace the next day. Kept on that for 2 weeks and had a monitoring appointment at 7 and 14 days. When my lining looked ready on day 14, I started progesterone injections and baby aspirin. Transfer was 6 days after that. So in all it was 2-3 weeks of BCP prep and then 3 weeks of hormone/lining prep. Good luck!

Mine hasn’t happened yet but I already did mock cycle.  Call on CD 1 and start 2 estrace pills per day (morning and evening).  Baseline visit on day 3 w bloodwork, up estrace to 3 per day (based on bloodwork).  10 days later check lining, if it looks good (did last time), start pio at 1.5ml per day in the morning.  On 6th day of pio will be fet (unless era says I need an extra day).

Mine was pretty straight forward. I called the clinic on CD1 to let them know and schedule my bloodwork and ultrasound for CD12-14. I was instructed to start my estrogen patches on CD2. 3 patches each time, change every other day, and alternate sides. After my ultrasound and as long as everything looks good, we schedule the transfer for the following week. I start progesterone (PIO) injections so that my transfer falls on the 6th day of PIO (after 5 injections, the 6th injection is the evening after transfer). 5 days of PIO is fairly standard.
Then I had an ERA and we added an extra day of PIO, so my next transfer will be on the 7th day of PIO.

I also had OHSS after retrieval so waited for my period to plan my FET. CD 1 (period) called the office. CD3 went in for baseline blood and ultrasound. Started estrogen patches 0.1 ml every other day. Then upped to 2 patches EOD when my lining was 6.1mm they started me on PIO (this was Friday). 0.5ml on Friday then 1 ml thereafter. My FET is this Thursday

I've done 3. My first FET was a GEEP protocol. 30 days BC, 30 days Lupron, 2 weeks Delestrogen shots 2x per week, add in PIO 2x per day for 5 days then drop to 1x per day day after transfer. Transfer 7 weeks from start of BC; continue Delestrogen and PIO injections if pregnant (didn't take).
Second was a Letrozole + HcG. Easy peasy. Take Letrozole 3-7, follicular ultrasounds, trigger at 18mm+, start PIO 2 days post trigger, transfer 5 days later (7 days post trigger). Covid cancelled that cycle. 
This time I did 8 days of BC with a SHG. I started Estrace yesterday (5 days on 2 pills, then increase to 3x per day). Lining scan on the 7th, start PIO the 10th, transfer the 14th. From bleed to transfer, it's only a 3 week protocol (20 full days of Estrace to transfer). 
There are so many protocols for FET.
