Last night was sooo bad

My baby will be 3 weeks tomorrow and last night she would not sleep. I mean from 5pm-3am. She would fall asleep in my arms for 10 mins or so and then wake up. At times she wouldn’t even close her eyes for a while. Then a couple times I thought she was out cold so I put her down and she’d wake up 5 mins later. She was fussy and would cry here and there but no screaming or anything. We would change her diaper, burp her, put her in the swing, feed her... everything. I ended up sleeping from 10-4 and my poor husband said she wouldn’t settle down. He drove her around the neighborhood 2 different times and the second time she fell asleep for a little while, but then had a major blow out. She was a bit fussy after that but eventually fell asleep for 4 hours. She woke up to be fed at 7 this morning then slept for an hour, got a little more milk and is now asleep again.

Can someone please help me and tell me what they think could be going on?

Btw I breastfeed but she gets formula at night so there’s not as much feeding on demand.
