I've had this big bump on my inner vag lip for 2-3 days now and it hurts to the point where I can hardly walk or wear underwear without feeling it. I thought it was maybe just an ingrown hair but I feel like it's too big and painful for that? It's really deep too which I think is why it hurts so much. I know it's not an STD cause I get tested regularly. Any ideas on what else it could be and if I should try and see someone?
