Im still in first trimester for another 2 weeks. I picked up my workouts again, mostly lifting but haven’t gone too crazy with weights. I’m wondering can I still push myself on how much weight I put on as long as I’m not hurting myself? Also what do you ladies do for ‘abs’ while pregnant? I know once I get a big bump it’ll become very difficult to crunch but can I still crunch my stomach now? Will it hurt the baby?
