What should I do?
I am a senior in college and my college is about a 25 minute drive from my house. This upcoming semester (fall) all of my classes will be online because of COVID. I do not know if my last semester (spring) will be like that as well or if they will transition back to in person by that point.
For my whole time in college, I’ve worked as a student employee at two on campus jobs. I will be able to return to work next month, but because all of my classes were moved to online, the only reason I will be going to campus will be to work. My jobs also only pay $9 an hour.
One of my jobs is completely changing the old job I used to have so I will have more responsibility (it will be more like a secretary job where I have to schedule appointments and work the front desk and I might have to do campus tours. I used to have my own room but it will not be like this anymore).
Pros of finding another job - I might be able to find a job closer to home that has less responsibilities and makes more money
Pros of staying at my current job - Familiarity, gaining more references (my goal is to go to grad school for school psychology and i will be working in the same office as the school psychologists if I stay at my current job), Fridays off, and no interview
