Need your guys' opinions please

So im 11 weeks pp. Had my son May 10th on mother's day. Ive been feeling a little off. Headaches, neasua ect. I took this yesterday, im sure it i tested a bit early because conception date would've been the 30th, 1st, 6th, or 7th. I had a super heavy period on the 19th of June. Bled til the 26th stopped. Bled again lightly from the 4th to the 9th. Barely spotted for like a day on the 17th of July. I havent gotten my period for this month yet. No sign its coming. I don't even know when I would have ovulated. So I took this test and its faintly positive. So what are your thoughts. I know i should test with a pink dye but they didn't have any at the time.
