Please help me design this book (see pics)

My son is 10 years old and my daughter is 7 months old. I am going to order them one of those personalized books from “Hooray Heroes”. Since my daughter is a baby her hair is short, but it won’t always be this way — and her brother and her will have this book for years. Anyway, would you personalize the book the way her hair is now (short), or the way it will be when she’s as old as the character in the book (long)? Keep in mind that the illustration “of her” featured in the book is like a 3 - 5 year old child and not a baby like she is.
