Headache nausea vomiting 36 weeks

Should I be concerned?

I'm 36.4 weeks last night I was throwing up I've had a migraine and still do my BP was high but went down when I laid on my left side. No swelling....which is unusual for me.

No diarrhea no unusual cramping

Today I woke up with the migraine still there i was feeling weak so I decided to eat some cereal halfway through I started vomiting again....

Baby us moving ok not as much as usual but still good strong frequent movements.

No vaginal leaking
