Abnormal AMH results???

Hi ladies!! I have never posted anything on here but this morning I got a call from my OBGYN...long story short I decided to see an obgyn because my husband and I have been trying to conceive or 3 years. I’m 36 and he just turned 41. I have had one pregnancy before but unfortunately was not the right time. My results came back at .191 which she said was low and most likely would have to do

IVF

or even look for other options. This news makes me really upset because now that we are ready to complete our family I get this news...sorry just needed to vent out as I am home alone while hubby is at work and my fur baby is just here with me licking my tears away...just don’t want to go back to feeling depressed...next step is see a fertility specialist and hope for some better news. Please GOD 🙏
