Is anyone else suffering from RLS? 😴😒
I am 34w and have been suffering so bad with restless leg syndrome for the last two weeks and it’s only getting worse.. especially at night!
I have been doing walking as exercise, my partner has been massaging my legs and I’ve been having warm baths before bed and NOTHING is working for me.. I even last night elevated my legs in the hope that it would help but nope! Just pain, throbbing, cramps and involuntary movements/jerks for hours!
I go to bed and within 20-30mins my legs are all over the place, my feet then become itchy and feel cold and sore! I end up staying awake until 3/4am tossing and turning and then eventually passing out around 5am.. only to wake up two hours later to start the day!
I am becoming very exhausted so please if anyone has anything that they can swear by please share 😞
