Pregnancy Symptoms

What was everyone’s symptoms when they finally got pregnant with Fertility treatment? I conceived naturally 5 years ago and now trying for number 2 for 3+ years. Currently in my 2 IUI cycle, 10 dpo and I’m woke up so congested today. Just wondering if anyone had these symptoms and was actually pregnant?! I googled and stuffy nose is in fact a early sign but I don’t want to get ahead of myself....
