Becoming second time mom

Any advice for balancing a newborn and a toddler. My son will be 2 1/2 when baby brother or sister is born and im just looking for some advice or “hacks” for two kiddos. They will be room sharing once #2 is older. Will probs my spend 6ish months in our room. Looking for any and all advice on room sharing with toddler and baby and just life in general with two kiddos
