Do you ovulate the day after first positive LH or peak?

So 2 Questions:

#1.) Do you ovulate the day after your first positive or the day after your peak LH if they are on different days? (I get O can be 12-24 or 36 hrs later)

#2.) From these three pictures when do you think I ovulated? CD 12 or 13? I got my first positive on CD 11 but I got my very clear peak on CD 13? I added my bbt chart from glow and chart with both bbt and LH from premom as well. (Each app is telling me a different day)

I hear so much conflicting data on question #1
