Needing to be hopeful

So I think I am pregnant again after my chemical last month and I am spotting slightly. We have been trying for 4 years and we had a chemical pregnancy 2 years ago then this one last month. Really hoping this one sticks but having a hard time holding out hope it will all work out with my losses. I had 3 before when ttc my daughter 10 years ago. Dr has me on progesterone starting now. Needing to hear some good positive stories of thi gs working out after losses with spotting and some cramps off and on.
