lying on left side hurts

whenever i lay on my left side it aches and aches to the point i have to get up and it feels bruised. A week ago i sat up super fast and she was poking out and it literally felt like she broke something from me doing that it was so painful, now if i sit with my knees up my left side aches or if i lay on my left side it aches.

i’m 23 weeks, any ideas?
